Marion Mortimer, president of Ship to Shore, brings many years of occupational medicine and drug and alcohol testing experience. She is well versed in industry standards and proficient in all aspects of regulatory compliance for the Department of Transportation’s drug and alcohol testing programs.

Chief Medical Review Officer, Jeff Kleeman, DO, certified as an MRO since 1996, maintains the highest professional standards of medical expertise and practical skills to evaluate drug and alcohol test results in both the regulated and non-regulated workplace sectors.

With over 30 years combined experience, Ship to Shore provides large and small employers testing and administrative services to comply with Federally mandated as well as non-mandated drug and alcohol regulations. We currently service the construction, transportation, and maritime industries.
